Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Go here to get my oil change last few times they haven’t had my filter and then I bring my own filter then they don’t have the oil. Today was cleaning air filter and realized they broke a screw on that and my engine face plate and never said anything. Not a huge deal but definitely won’t be going back

Dominic and his team are doing a fantastic job! They are super friendly and always take very good care of my car. I drive a lot of miles and I trust my car because of the way they shine! I always tell my friends and clients about how much I enjoy driving to this location.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about a service experience I had at your Parma Day Drive location on Sunday, January 4th around 4:45 PM. I have been a loyal customer of this specific Valvoline location for over ten years and have brought all four of my family’s vehicles there consistently. Until this visit, I have never had a negative experience. Unfortunately, this visit was completely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the technician assisting me was visibly aggravated by the volume of cars, short with her responses, and clearly more focused on rushing customers out than providing the service I paid for. Standard items that are always checked at this location — tire pressure, air filters, and lights — were skipped entirely unless I explicitly asked. W

Tech josh made the stop here worth it. He was extremely friendly, relatable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain some things about my car. He offered us some much appreciated advice and coupons as well. I would make my way back to this location based off this encounter and hope to get Josh as my tech again.

I came to this Valvoline location about 7 minutes before closing. They let me pull in and stop the car. Then an employee asked if I knew what time it was and pointed out that they were closing in 6 minutes. After that, she told me they would only change the oil and would not check anything else. I said that if they were already closing, I didn’t understand why they let me in at all. After I said that, she told me to leave and refused to service my car. Very unprofessional and confusing experience. If you are not going to help customers before closing, please don’t let them pull in and waste their time.
