Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This is my second time at this location and I had about 50 minutes available to get my oil change done. They finished in only 10 minutes 😱 Everyone was super nice, very attentive, and they even took the time to look at a concern I had with my car. I’ll definitely be coming back with my other cars. And the pricing wasn’t bad at all, especially with my coupon.

Sade and Lilyah were awesome, super courteous and made the process easy and smooth! Fast and efficient service. Along with my oil change they conducted several checks to make sure my vehicle was safe and all squared away. As a first time car owner is awesome to find places and people willing to provide such amazing service. 100% recommend the portsmouth location.

The guys at this Valvoline location were incredibly professional, respectful, and polite. They were completely focused on getting the job done quickly, correctly, and safely, without any nonsense, joking, or playing around. They were a well-oiled machine, working together seamlessly. They were not rude or unprofessional; they took their job seriously and were true professionals. I was thoroughly impressed with this group of guys. I visited this location this morning after another store unfortunately forgot to process my top-up. The team here was outstanding — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I’d especially like to recognize Mr. Gabriel for his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly, and when I tried to leave him a tip as a thank-you, he kindly declined and said, “Don’t worry about it.” The entire team of gentlemen and ladies here is fantastic.
