Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Mr. Devon was the most excellent, and hardworking person there Wednesday!! He was so kind and not only that he knew what he was doing!! He told me everything that was wrong and in my 54 years in Mississippi. I never met anyone kind as him!! Five stars!! The Manager did an excellent job hiring him!! I will come again soon.

I pulled over here because my Tesla was making a terrible noise. The manager, Kylan, immediately came out to help and diagnosed the problem (the valance under front bumper was loose and dragging on the road). He literally laid in the dirt and repaired it, then refused to charge me. Obviously, my Tesla doesn’t need oil changes, so there was not much benefit to him for helping me. THIS is what real customer service looks like!!!

I was informed that they didn't have my particular oil filter in stock but the assistant manager called a nearby part store and asked if they had it( which they did). He then sent one of the workers over to the part store to purchase the filter. I was very pleased! Thank you so much for your service. I will continue to come back.

This is my go to Spot for my oil change. I have a 2020Q Benz GLB 250 it is much cheaper to go here and then to the dealership highly recommend staff is very friendly and knowledgeable quick and fast service

WORST oil service in my 67 yrs of life! I pointed out that they didn’t perform the tire pressure checks, air filter check, or coolant check. In response, the Attendant stated he checked the battery. I never questioned that (but didn’t see him do that either). He then became argumentative and I asked to speak with the manager. He insisted I had to swipe my credit card first. After a back and forth over that, I swiped the card to move along. Another employee came over and said I had to pay again! He also would not let me speak to the manager and gave me a phone number to call back on. Tried calling several times but no answer after a computerized run around. Been a loyal customer with 3 vehicles for 5 years. I won’t be coming back and advising everyone I know to go elsewhere.
