They were full of smiles and very friendly to customers, truly going above and beyond to represent an amazing brand like Valvoline. It was my first time getting an oil change for my car, and i was pretty anxious about it in general since its the first time i needed one. The service team was absolutely amazing and informative, showed me what my cabin and oil filters should look like but asked if i wanted to get new ones regardless so i didn't feel pressured into getting new ones, i still opted to get new ones. I felt absolutely taken care of and that i could trust the team and it was incredibly reassuring for my first time with this kind of thing, they were vocal about the processes as they were happening and the double checking. It was a super good experience and ill continue going here. Thank you!!

Great experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Rocky Mount! The entire team was professional, efficient, and welcoming. Jalen (CSR) was friendly and clear about the service, Walter and Mikaal worked quickly and smoothly topside, and Thomas did a great job bottomside. Everyone communicated well and worked together as a solid team. Fast service, great customer care, and a very well-run location. I’ll definitely be back.

Jalen, Lancelot, and Thomas were very friendly and professional. They provided a smooth and quick service by providing clear instructions and feedback. I didn’t have to wait nor get out of the car, and the oil change took less than 20 minutes.

My service team: Jerry, Jalen and Micheal were patient, knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing and what needed to be done to my vehicle and why, although I couldn't afford it, I felt confident enough to get everything done that was needed that day because I was traveling four hours back home.
