Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I always have a great experience here. The manager Chris, has the best attitude, he’s always smiling and happy and friendly. Today I had an oil change and tire rotation. Chris was very knowledgeable and was not pushy in any way when asking if we wanted to buy different filters or if we wanted to do more maintenance like changing transmission fluid. He always shows the oil level on the dip stick when done changing oil. My mother and I both had a great experience here today and will continue to bring our cars here for maintenance in the future.

Went to get my car inspected. Not only did I have to wait almost an hour with only 2 cars in front of me, but they failed my car because my high beam didn’t work. I get that part, but then tried to tell me they also wanted to fail it because the crack in the windshield would “hurt my wiper blades” I’ve had that crack for over 6 months and haven’t had any issues. When I got home, both my high beams were magically working again. Took it somewhere else the very next day, and it passed!

It feels like every time I go there, the individuals work in there no less and less about vehicles. I had to get out of my vehicle to explain to them how to remove the oil filter on my ram 2500. I also left their feeling not very confident that they even changed it, though I cannot prove that. I was there for quite some time and was going to get a tire rotation, however I just left after the oil change because I was there for so long and didn’t want to risk them changing my tires because the lack of confidence that I had and individuals work in there. It seems to be getting worse every time I go there. I’m not sure who you guys are hiring or what type of background check you guys are doing, but it’s individuals are not mechanics by any means.

Everyone was super helpful and polite. It was really easy to get done what I needed done and it was extremely fast. I didn’t have to come into contact with a bunch of people and I could do everything pretty much from my phone. I would have liked to be able to pay from my phone but that’s ok. Everyone was super helpful and that goes a really long way.

They were super professional and nice. Got me in and out with an oil change and tire rotation in no time. Highly recommend this location!
