Chase was very thorough with what was working and what wasn’t working well with my car and should be updated/replaced. He was very friendly and chatty and it was a pleasure talking with him. It’s no wonder he got manager of the year award and I’m excited for him to receive his award in his stellar pink suit he was so thrilled to buy for the occasion. I hope he wins every poker game he ever plays. He took a dead spider out of my car and fixed a light that caused me to get honked at by this absolute meanie-butt on the road. 12/10 customer service from Chase will be returning again.

Everyone went out of their way to get the job done. My car needed a little extra attention and they all had no problem doing what needed to be done. Cody, Jordan, Anastasia and Dane were excellent and very knowledgeable.

Cody was knowledgeable and patient with me taking in my fiancée’s car. Well informed and made me aware of the Black Friday deal going on saving 25% off. Definitely put me in a better mood!

These guys were so helpful and understanding! I was all out of sorts because my maps had me all turned around, but they got me and my car taken care of!! They also helped me find out that a competitor who did my last oil change stole my transmission dipstick! So the guys working told me where to go to get a new one, and explained why my car needs that piece. 10/10 will be coming back :)
