Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I want to give a big thank you to Whitman, Jeremy Ortega, Gavin Esp., and Leandro Rodriguez at Valvoline for their outstanding service. Leandro was incredibly kind and helped my mom and me walk to the office and back to our car, which meant a lot since I have mobility challenges. Gavin provided excellent customer service when we arrived, and Jeremy worked on my truck with great care, as if it were his own vehicle. Their professionalism and kindness truly went above and beyond. We are very grateful!

It’s always so easy doing business at this location. I get my oil changed here and this time I went ahead and had my antifreeze changed out realizing how important it is to keep that working properly for engine. It was very quick. They’re always professional and kind to clean place. I feel very comfortable going here. I highly recommend it.

The staff at this location goes above and beyond to provide quality service. They are friendly and professional and treat their customers with respect. I go here for oil change, tire rotation and state inspections. The pricing is fair and they honor Valvoline coupons. I hghly recommend this location.

After waiting 45 minutes I left without getting service. When I pulled into waiting area, I was third car in line and asked to wait behind bay 3. As the 2 cars which were there before received service, others pulled into waiting area. Both of the 2 cars ahead of me finished in bays 1 and 2 respectively and then 2 other cars which were there after me were pulled into the bays. I told one if the attendants I was next or I was leaving and he did nothing to accommodate me or even offer a reason or apology. Will never be back.

Courteous employees who get the work done. I spoke with the manager and assistant manager during my radiator flush and was kept informed of the process of how they go about replacing the old antifreeze and adding new fluid. The whole process took about 20 minutes to complete. I am certain I saved well over 100.00 dollars versus the cost of this service being done at a dealership.
