Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Was in and out quickly. It's pricy since you're paying for speed and convenience, but I would go again. You will have to verbally decline additional services they recommend. They're not pushy, just doing their job. Recieved a discount for being a first responder. They also offer a military discount.

Valvoline in Webster is great! Highly recommend them! Gianna was super friendly, helpful and had great customer service! My dad, Mike C. went in for service on Monday morning for an oil change for his white ford van. He commented how nice everyone was and how helpful Gianna was! In and out quick! Thank you!

Had my oil changed today. Mark and Jomar took care of me. I let them know I was tight on time and they efficiently got me in and out and even worked in a discount. Great job and big thanks to them.

Survey Comment: OMG where do I start? Oil everywhere. Burning oil smell. I'm wondering if there is more oil on the outside of the car and covering the outside of the engine, than they got inside the engine! So usually I visit the Penfield store. It was swamped so I drove to the Webster store. This was my second, very bad experience at Webster. Bad enough I took photos this time. I didn't post the oil on the fenders, grill and hood. VOIC was good for a while. In the last 2 years or so, employee turn around is awful. I used to have a regular crew work on my vehicles, now each visit is with new employees and it shows. Sadly, today was my last trip to a Valvoline Oil Change. Take5 is new in the area and probably where my next oil changes will be going forward.

I go to this location to get my oil changed and every time I do it's always pleasant. Jomar is professional and super nice, always going above and beyond expectations. I also it was really cool that a female was the one that worked on my car I love the fact that you are seeing more and more women in the auto industry!
