Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was cruising along, and, all of a sudden, my dashboard light came on! Warning me that I needed an oil change! And quickly! While driving west bound, I saw this Valvoline Intant Oil change establishment, and went in. James was informative, knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole procedure. Jeffery was on point, he was very quick, precise, and prepared for the duration of the process. I got a new air filter, they topped off my liquids, and even put on my new windshield wipers for me@ tjr

I came to this location for a general check-up, and the service was incredible. The team was fast and very friendly, but what I appreciated most was that they took the time to explain every recommendation and the why behind it. I never felt rushed or pressured, just well informed and taken care of. I highly recommend this place! Thank you guys! ☺️

Seems to be very unorganized. Last visit I brought one vehicle in and they didn’t tell me until after they had drained my oil that they were out of oil and had to go get some, got stuck for an hour waiting in a freezing cold bay for them to get more, then when they finished my airbag light was suddenly on — they tried arguing there was no way they could have caused that. Upon a quick google search found there is a crash sensor near the oil filter and they had unplugged it. Now the most recent attempt at using them, pulled my vehicle into the bay for an emissions test and on the spot renewal, waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have any renewal stickers but I could come back later. Needed the sticker today, hence why I had stopped in for an on the spot. Not impressed and wil

This was such a pleasant and quick experience! I will definitely be back due to the helpful and friendly nature of the employees as well as the gentle handling of my car. Hats off to Trevor and James who gave me excellent service, I will be back!

Wow this place is incredible. They were not only fast but never once pressured me to purchase something I didn't need. They also explained things to me and again how quick they were was impressive. Plus the cost is one of the best I have seen. I will only come to this place going forward for my oil changes.
