Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Slung oil all in my engine bay and the front of my car. The person underneath was trying to use a 9mm to take off my skid plate. After 30seconds or so he figured out it was a 10mm so that instantly had me worried. Staff was nice and not too pushy on selling stuff you probably don't need. I know they try to get you in and out but come on. Take the 60sec to clean up your mess. I'm a little hesitant to go back.

He explained everything clearly and recommended replacing my cabin air filter, which has already made a noticeable difference in the air quality in my car. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and made the visit quick and easy. I really appreciate the honest service and will definitely be back!

Five stars for the team here! They don’t just do oil changes; they truly look out for their customers. I occasionally stop in between services when my tire pressure is low, and they are always happy to help with a smile. It’s that extra level of service and convenience that keeps me coming back year after year.

I specifically come to this location in Winchester even though I live in Lexington. Everyone at this store seem very experienced. They definitely work as a team. Always extremely nice and take the time to answer my questions and explain some of the additional services and why I may or may not need them. Nate the manager and X are always professional, fast, and kind. You can just tell this store has a good atmosphere, which means you get great services.

“Excellent Service & Efficient Maintenance at Valvoline!” I recently visited Valvoline for an oil change and several other maintenance services, and I was very pleased with the experience. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough. They replaced my air filter, changed the oil and filter, flushed and replaced the antifreeze/coolant, rotated the tires, changed the transmission fluid, and even replaced my rear wiper blade—all in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which I really appreciated. My vehicle is running smoothly, and I feel confident knowing it was serviced properly.
