Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Understand your vehicle before you take it here. I’ve gone here for a few years and always had a good experience, that was until last week. I got my oil changed on a Sunday and the following Friday morning I noticed my truck was leaking oil. I took it back as soon as they opened. I mentioned the oil leak and they performed a routine check. Once they removed the filter I asked them to confirm if the standpipe that’s part of the oil filter assembly was in place. They were unsure so I inspected it myself and noticed that the part was gone. I drive a 2016 Chevy Colorado z71, this little part is very important to the assembly and if it is removed can lead to engine failure. This business violates the Americans with Disabilities Act and blocks the disabled parking spot behind their location purposely. I requested they open it up and they refused. Would never come here to do business. The owner is prejudiced against disabled people.

The past few years, Ive started going to Valvoline for all services they offer VS. dealership. In the past I have gone to Ford dealership where Ive waited hours to get my car back for a simple oil change, not to mention the extraordinary cost. Valvoline changed my oil, transmission fluid, cabin air filter, and regulated air pressure of my tires. Oh, AND checked all lights of the vehicle to send me off safely! All the services, including.my payment was done while I sat comfortably in my car. I was in and out in approx 30 minutes. Service members where kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you Valvoline. I am a customer for life!

Absolutely fantastic service! Anthony, Daniel, Mario and Christian were super accomedating, very thorough and incredibly friendly! Answered all my questions and cracked some great jokes LOL. Great place for an oil change lickity split. The ONLY complaint I have was it was slightly pricier than other places I've been, but not by much and for the fast work and great service, it was absolutely worth it. It's hard to find mechanics I feel comfortable around and who don't act like I know zero about cars as a woman! This place was great and I will definitely be coming back here :)

I love this location. Every time I go here the staff is so friendly and keeps me up to date with my vehicle’s fluid levels and maintenance needs. This trip I was helped by the manager and he was just the best. I recommend this location to everyone I know.
