We just bought a unit at VDV and love how quiet and friendly it is here. The grounds look amazing as well. Very nice and HOA fees are very reasonable.
Place really went downhill... at first I was happy my grandparents moved there because they had a cafeteria at the time. They did away with that, and then water damage happened on the first floor and that took them forever to fix.... but yet their monthly fees keep going up while they get less and less. I would only recommend this place for those who just want a place to live and don't care about how their monthly fees don't go to anything that benefits them.
We have lived here a year. It is a great place for easy living. The grounds are beautiful and the neighbors are fabulous!
My wife's grandma likes the Villa. It is quiet and beautiful. All the amenities, including the gardens and open spaces are very well maintained.
Nebr Christian men sang there and they enjoyed also the women sang there before.
