Couldn’t recommend more! After unsuccessfully bringing my dented wheel to three other shops, I was directed here and I’m so grateful I was. All of the employees were kind, informative, and worked quickly. They ordered a new wheel since they didn’t have my size in stock and replaced my wheel and hubcap within 24 hours. It was much less expensive than I expected, and was such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I am blown away by the stellar customer service, Cathy was such a great help. I am looking for a specific rim and had been calling several spots but she was knowledgeable and knew it wasn't available but went ahead and called vendors to find it , gave me a callback right away with the right info! I'll be sure to share this business from now on !!!!

OMG. What a nightmare. i had a flat tire, on my 2010 is250 Lexus. AAA came out and put on my spare and straight to Costco Tire Center I went. A day or so later, I picked up my car with a new tire they needed to order. They told me my spare was no good and I needed a new one. They suggested I go to Van Nuys Wheel and Hubcaps, very close to them. When I went there, I told the young girl in the front, that Costco sent me there and I needed a new spare tire. Mind you, until now, I had no idea a tire, a rim, a wheel and a hubcap are all different. Call me ignorant. The girl, Cody, said she needed to order me one and it would be $175.00. This is where all the problems began. When I went to get the new spare “tire”, turns out it was actually just the rim I needed, as mine had been bent. Ok.

What an amazing place with the best employees ever. I bought a brand new car a month ago and I hit a bad pothole and bent two wheels. I took it to this establishment and an hour and a half later and both wheels were repaired. Saved me almost $1500 I got to met the owners also and they were great.

I showed up here with wheel damage from a mounting machine at another shop. I was really bummed to have this happen to a $900 JDM wheel that has a 12 week lead time. I left my car with them a few days (no spare) and they did a great job. Pro shop. Nice guys. Fair price.
