Terrible experience! Brought my car in for an oil leak issue and a door handle repair but it sat there for an entire week without being checked not even fixing my door handle. Saying they couldn’t find the leak when car literally had a pool of oil before bringing in. Got no updates unless I called almost every day to follow up myself. On top of that, had to rent a car for over a week spending more than $50 daily only to find out that my own car’s condition was getting worse. Had no choice but to drive car back home, now with a check engine light! Seems like if your car is older, they aren’t interested in fixing or would only give best service to frequent customers/friends. Website claiming over 75 years of experience is a scam!

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Made it less than a mile and the front driver wheel fell off. I was very lucky it fell off only going 30mph. When they came to reinstall tire, he came with a hand full of lugnuts. After realizing they neglected to install a single lugnut on that tire, and allowed me to leave without a final inspection. I could have seriously hurt someone or worse. If they miss/rush through something like lugnuts back on wheel. What else do they take shortcuts on or miss. I will never go back to this business.
