Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros Ellet

I needed an alignment right away and I gave Van's a call and in 2 days my car was done and drivable. I would like to give everyone I came in contact with a very big THANK YOU for being there for me. They were kind, considerate, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. What a blessing it was for me to meet such superb people. Thank you again for everything.

Vans is a wonderful spot to take your car. This is my second experience with them and both have been phenomenal!! They were quick to help my son with his car a couple months ago and made sure he was safe so when my car was acting up that is the first place I went. They had me driving safe in no time. Marcus is very friendly, personable yet professional. The whole staff there is great!! Thank you for providing great, affordable service to our Ellet Community!!

Marcus helped me with my immediate car needs quickly and professionally. This was my first time having my car serviced at Vans Tire Pros but it will not be my last. The curtesy and efficiency of this place was above expectations. I want to extend my thank you Marcus and the mechanic who got my car in last minute and replaced not only my tires but other issues affecting the performance of my car. The summary and detail provided with pictures to my phone of other issues and future concerns was a nice touch. There was no pushy attempt to sell me on anything nor mechanic fear mongering. The location was clean with two tv’s to pass the time. Add that with the provided free drink voucher to artisan coffee shop next door. Overall - great place with kind people. Thanks guys

I didn't have an appointment with Van's. Wherever shops I went at that day in Akron, everyone of them tried to schedule an appointment for me the next day. Howrver, the employees at Van's, were polite at the front office & at the back shop. They asked me if I can wait a little. Probably 45 min. passed or so, & one of the lead mechanics Corey & his partner mechanic (forgot the name, nice guy too) were knowledgable enough to perform the alignment on my S550 4Matic Mercedes-Benz. It's a bit complicated to do it when it comes to Mercedes-Benz especially 4Matic. I was happy that they took care of it fast & performed job well done. I would definitely go there again & will recommend them to my family & friends.
