I love how they spray the back of your vehicle Offer towels to dry off what the dryers dont get. It did an amazing job with my dirty car it was really dirty. I will go back for the wash and the vacuum was amazing as well. Wish it was closer I would get a membership

This company is really good with customer service, and the license plate reading system is very convenient and accurate. However, this wash will scratch the paint on your darker colored vehicle. This is always the risk with automatic car washes, but it is disappointing when the company tries so hard to convince you that they are the exception and you get scratches anyway. If the micro-scratches don't bother you or you already have them, this is a great car wash otherwise.

Just got the wash after four wheeling. Did a pretty good job for how bad my truck was. Big shout out to the spray guy, he did both sides of my truck and worked to knock the big stuff off.

SO good. Ill drive from 40 min away just to wash my car here. Other washes around me always leave grime and dirt, varsity car wash has left my car sparkling clean every single time and the bonus vacuums and detailing are awesome!

UPDATE: I had a productive meeting with Jordan, the general manager at this location. We were able to review Varsity's HD high resolution entry cameras. Looking at the footage together, we were able to agree that the panel was missing before going through the wash. However, the same HD footage showed very clearly, with a clean reflection in the sunlight, that there was zero paint damage to my car prior to entering the wash. Despite the paint damage being a critical aspect of my report, Jordan attempted to end our meeting without ever mentioning it.
