Purchased a 2012 bmw from them, Purchased a warranty, never got any paperwork on the car or the warranty so when it overheated we had it towed to them, because we have no proof of anything to take it anywhere else, the car has been there for 3 months, they have contacted us Maybe two times saying it's almost fixed and they would get back to us 3 weeks go by haven't heard nothing, they don't answer phone calls or emails,horrible horrible experience. Once I get my car back I will not deal with them again.

Bought a car there a week after I bought it all my warning lights came on…..took it back to this place to get fixed 3000 later and the same problem happens. They won’t give you a Repair Order of the exact work they did. The customer service aspect is absolutely terrible.
