Incredibly professional staff. I needed some help with a DIY receiver on my car, and of all the shops I called, this was the only one who offered to help, saying “we’ve never done that before, but bring it over and we’ll check it out”. Sure enough, I came over and they took a look at it, and got right to work. Fair pricing, and reasonable estimates- I’d come here for anything I needed.

Velocity Auto Body did an amazing job repairing the body damage on my Pilot after a dude ran into my passenger fender while riding his pedal bicycle really fast. They worked with my insurance company and repaired it quickly. A few months later one of my running boards fell off (bolt wore off). I couldn't figure out how to fix it myself so I drove to Velocity and asked if they could show/tell me how to re-attach it. They pulled it into a bay to take a look. Using a special tool (which I've never heard or seen before) and a new bolt it was back on in a few mins. I was so surprised! :) I asked "how much" - they said "no charge, just happy to help." Not many businesses these days serve people this way anymore - Thanks guys!!

I had an unfortunate accident that resulted in the front end of my car being smashed. I took my car to Velocity Auto Body on the recommendation of my insurance company. Right next door! What I thought would be a long wait turned out to only be 2 1/2 weeks. I am more than impressed with the quality of the work that was performed and the good communication with the staff. 100% above and beyond. I recommend this shop. Thank you to the staff for their time and working on my vehicle and being honest in what it needed. I am a very happy customer.

I had someone crunch up my front quarter panel. Velocity was prompt with their quote and were able to get it done faster than quoted. The paint was immaculate and the panel looked better than it ever had before. Well done folks, thank you!

Great, Fast and Quality Work! Nicest People to work with! After an unfortunate incident with a deer we were left with one vehicle. Velocity took our vehicle right in. They made us feel like top priority. When I called every person I spoke with was genuinely kind and respectful. They made you feel like family. I was able to get my vehicle back quicker than I expected and it looks FANTASTIC. Their work is just as great as the atmosphere and their customer service.
