Polite friendly got us in same day and was able to fix the issue. Nice drivers lounge. Only issue is they do need to tell drivers when they turn off the APU manually. If you mess with something put it back the way it was or tell the driver.

I had a great experience at Velocity Truck Repair with The Mie Group LLC. The service wasn’t cheap, but they fixed my truck’s issues and got me back on the road. Worst machanic services they guys repaired twice my head gasket in 2022 freightliner now again i had a same problem and they left my truck engine part lose i will put a picture too very unprofessional service do not go if you have a big problem in the truck they don’t have professional people or engineers work twice they took more then 15 days to repair but still now after two month again same problem came i told them that just give to the experienced person but i don’t think they have there if they don’t know how to fix the engine i don’t even know why they put the certificate as certified machanic check the professional service how they did even second time if they don’t know how to work on engine they should tell us in beginning so we don’t waste our time there

Our truck had a DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) issue, so we took it to this place. Initially, they told us the sensor was faulty. I agreed to have it fixed. Later, they contacted us again, saying the filters needed to be replaced, and quoted a cost of $5,434.44. I approved that as well. However, they kept us waiting for two days. After that, they came back and said the entire DEF box needed to be replaced — at a cost of $22,471.21. That was completely unacceptable, so I refused. We took the truck back in the same condition, with no repairs done, yet they still charged us $5,434.44 — without providing any real service. Interestingly, we later called a roadside service. Velocity could be the worst mechanic Repair Facility in the United States of America. I am not exaggerating on this one. I’ve got 20 trucks on the road. I know how much it cost to replace a clutch in a transmission. Velocity sent over a quote of $3800 for a replacement of a clutch which is close to the normal, I’ve seen anywhere from $3500 up to a max and I mean a max of $4500 and that is if you have to replace the flywheel because it cannot be turned. Velocity took the entire transmission apart told me it was only going to take two days and instead it took four days And the bill ended up being over $8000 and there was nothing I could do about it because the transmission was already torn apart. So basically they got me in the shop just to get me in the shop told me it was gonna take tw
