Vera Auto Sales

I recently bought my first car this week and i’m more than happy. The service was very easy going and didn’t take long at all. I bought a 2008 Honda Cr-v and it’s close to perfect. Bought my car here a couple of months ago and the process was seamless. I've had a few minor issues with it since and even though they didn't have to, Vera Auto Sales took care of it. Very trustworthy dealership, I would buy a car from them again.

I don’t usually write reviews but the recent experience with Vera Auto Sales left a sour taste in my mouth. My brother recently bought a car from these folks and gotta say the communication and professionalism has been very poor on Vera Auto’s end. To preface, my brother and I were traveling from 3.5hrs out of town for Christmas and were told that the car would be safe to drive back that distance. Before buying the vehicle, we were told that the car was in great condition. After sending Kata (the salesman) the check without seeing the car first (not smart I know) and driving down the 3.5hrs to pick it up, first thing I noticed was the roof being littered with hail damage, the serpentine belt coming apart and smacking itself on one of the hoses, and a check engine light for the knock sens

We just bought our second car from Vera. My daughter bought a 2013 Jetta earlier this year and she loved it. Sadly it was just totaled. Vera had a 2012 Passat available and it was a no brainer to go back to them. Very pleasant and easy to deal with.

I had a great experience getting my new used car. Kata Williams let me figure out what I wanted, no pressure given. The Car is just what I needed.
