I trusted this business to repair my car for a state inspection, coolant replacement, brakes and rotors, and to fix an engine leak. Instead, the shop performed an oil change without my consent simply because they “didn’t like the color of the oil,” even though I had just gotten it changed at Valvoline. They also replaced my water pump without notifying me or obtaining my approval, and I was never shown proof that the replacement was necessary. After supposedly completing the work, I had to bring the car back because my oil levels were dangerously low—the mechanic had not put in the recommended amount of oil. I had put off getting my car fixed since I was new to the area but a friend recommended this place and I am so thankful! My car has never sounded better and I honestly have never had a nicer experience when it comes to car troubles. Kind, patient, and knowledgeable! Will definitely come back for any future issues.

Used them for two years for inspections. First impression was great. Excellent customer service. honest and dis good work. Year two the car passed inspection with minimal work needed but staff had some confusion getting the paperwork done. No biggie but... really? This spring I stopped in for a check engine light. Owner checked the code said it was just a bad Cat converter, okay to drive until he got me in. Took my information and never called me back. I called them a few weeks later to see when they could get me in. Whoever answered put me on hold amd then hung up on me. Still no callback. Meanwhile my car was starting to worry me. Thought my brakes needed work, so I took it back to my old mechanic. Where I was informed that my car was in very bad shape and not safe to drive. Long list o
