Victory Lane Quick Oil Change (Saline)

Quick but expensive. I’ve always found the people working there do a good job and make sure everything is in its place, I have no problem with the service. But, Watch out for the $2 automatic washer fluid fee, NOT very transparent. I asked them to remove it and they did no problem. They also charge a $5 “technology fee” which I think is incredibly sketchy and actually makes me not want to go there. Their computer and printer seem to be circa 2000 technology so I’m not sure where this “technology fee” goes. Used to go here for the convenience factor, but I’ll look elsewhere going forward.

Seems like a nice place to stop for oil change and then when you show them you’re nice to them they take advantage.. they gave me couple advice one of them was to change the battery (which was replaced three months ago, and you can see it’s April 2025) telling me that the battery doesn’t keep the power.. and change me additional $250 and when I came back next day and tell them that the battery they replaced was new, they stated blame me because I’m not a mechanic to get what they said.. cuz would be nice to tell (I can see you got the new battery, but something wrong and you need to go back and tell them) they just said I need a new battery. So that’s pretty much what a lot of the small places like that do.. but I kinda thought that it wouldn’t be smart to do that for the guy who got two c

The manager there is super knowledgeable about different cars. He was able to tell my car, year and oil amount needed before the coworker verified in the computer. Great to see knowledgeable staff also having a bit of fun. Staff were also accommodating and kind when I couldn't open my own car hood. Highly recommend their great and quick service.

First time here. They were awesome. Absolutely amazing. Super friendly. Knowledgeable. Didn’t push any sales just gave me the facts and I chose what I wanted. Super efficient. Would Give 10 stars if I could. Will be using them regularly and recommending!!

I knew I was overdue for an oil change and I had had a bad experience at a previous auto place. I saw Victory Lane and was able to pull right in. There were two issues -- the oil was dirty and the air filter was dirty. The mechanic showed me the dip stick and the air filter and said he'd recommend taking care of them but also I felt no pressure -- like I *could* have taken the car somewhere else if I wanted and that would be okay. I appreciated him showing me the evidence of why I might want to take action and also the lack of pressure to take of it right there right then. Also, it was fun to listen to them call out what they were doing (and the other mechanic echoing it -- I presume for safety and to double check their work). I felt like my car was in good hands. I will definitely be goi
