Victory Mitsubishi Service

This is the worst car dealership in New York. I do not recommend it. Before I bought the car, they treated me very well. But after the purchase, when I needed to make a complaint about the quality of the engine oil, they became very rude and completely ignored me. They simply abandoned me. The issue was only resolved after many days of back and forth and several visits to their workshop. Later, they promised to pay $250 if I referred someone to buy a car from them. I referred a person, the person bought the car, and I called to ask about the money. The person who answered the phone told me to go to the store. I drove 2 hours to get there, and once I arrived, they told me I would have to wait one month. Now three months have passed, I have called many times, and they have even blocked my

Horrible place, Don't waste your time. i have selected once of the BMW 3 series, after reaching they said vehicle is sold , however it was sitting for over period. Story doesn't end here, for another vehicle shortlisted. the listing was around 25k and final price was 35k can you imagine the hidden costs they are adding upon arrival.

This isn’t just another service center they give you fair prices and do great work. Victoria is one of the service representatives and she always looks out for you and tries to accommodate your car needs in any way possible. Check this place out and ask for Victoria really helpful!!!!

Terrible experience, anything covered under warranty they take forever to do it or even order the part. And when they do fix anything it goes bad within the same week. Replaced my battery with them, car kept dying, took it to AutoZone and not only did they tell me Victory never replaced it, but we even found a sticker dated to the year before I even got the car. Now my warranty extended for the touchscreen radio, they claimed the order the part and would let me know when it’s in, it’s been a month since I’ve heard nothing. Not only have I heard nothing, but when I call to hopefully get an eta of the part, I’m treated like a burden and told that Mitsubishi themselves can’t give a Mitsubishi dealer an eta on the part they ordered. Worse place I ever did business with. I came in after buying my car three weeks ago to get a noise it was having and a check engine light that turned on checked and a supervisor name Jason who seemed uninterested in anything I had to say ,told me because I didn’t mentioned the check engine light when I made the appointment he couldn’t cover that issue he can fix it but it will COST me. I left my vehicle in at 8am today and they never mentioned to me keeping my car over night or even offered me rental for me to get to work mind you I work in Long Island tmm this place and customer service is horrible!!!!! One star is too many
