Village Car Wash

I came in to get a basic wash and get some dirt off the outside of my car. They finished the wash in about 10 minutes which i thought was fast. I get home and inspect the vehicle and realize it was in the exact same shape i brought it in at. I basically paid 35 dollars for strawberry air freshener.

I looked online to check the hours of operation and it shows that this location is open on Sundays. I drive all the way from Winter Haven, FL to get my car washed and they were not open. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE PAGE.

Absolutely terrible car wash! Staff is rude! Told by one employee that he was tired of walking back and forth because a car broke down. Supposedly Edna the manager was argumentative when being told of the situation. Cashier was also rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The way you treat people matters!!

Highly dissatisfied. Made an appointment. They called and asked if I was available an hour earlier than my appointment to bring my car in and I dropped what I was doing to help them out. Now, they call to tell me my car is ready and they are closing early! I asked what time they are closing and the girl said, "I don't know." What??? I asked her how I was supposed to know when to pick up the car by if they don't know when they close. The girl went to ask someone when they are closing. She comes back and tells me they are going to close at 2:30. It was 2:11 pm at the time they called and I live 15 minutes away and need to find another person to drive me over to pick up my car. I asked them to make arrangements to leave the key in my car so I could pick it up. They said, "no." They are close

Just got the $49 platinum car wash. Very disappointing. Very poor job cleaning wheels.
