Dropped my car off for inspection and oil change, took a couple of hours, very quick, love these guys, great service and great price.

I am very dissatisfied with this mechanics service. Not once did they call me about the price of the repair and the cost. What mechanic does not telephone the customer about the cost of the repair and what the repair is? Vince Iacone in Springfield, PA, that's who. I will never patron this mechanic shop again. They had my car for 3 weekdays and over a weekend! They had mentioned a loaner car but did not deliver. Please be aware of this mechanic shop. They charged me over $300.00 for a radiator hose!!!! Ridiculous!

Vince Iacones is the best mechanic. They are incredibly knowledgeable, affordable, and always willing to work with you. One time, I couldn’t get a ride, and they even lent me their car—that level of care is rare these days. They’re easy to work with and always make sure my car is in top shape. I can’t recommend them enough!

Edit: Simply declaiming fake is naive. How would I spent so much time writing this bad comment without all my anger and disappointment? Hope you can do an honest business, considering what you are claiming to your customers. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this shop. I was quoted $780 over the phone for a rear differential replacement with my own part, and when I asked for clarification--specifically if the new differential needed fluid--they told me the maximum cost would be $880. We never discussed anything higher than that. I did not meet them face to face and I only dropped my car at night so there was no paper quote. When I went to pick up my car, suddenly the total was $1,180. Eleven eighty--not seven eighty. They said I heard it wrong. I'm a foreigner, b

I absolutely MUST recommend Vince and his team. They were first class from start to finish. My old van (Wanda) I refuse to sell and buy new. Fixing it is cheaper than a car payment! It was making all types of squealing and whirring noises. I also had a broken slider door, which with 4 kids is less than ideal. Honda quoted me $2500 and said it would take them 2 weeks. Vince had everything taken care of in a day (the door was a fraction of what Honda wanted!) and gave me a loaner to cart my kids to and from sports. I have 2 working doors, zero dashboard lights and no noises!! Thank you Vince. You have a lifelong customer. 🫶🏻
