My boyfriend and I live nearby and were super excited when John came to the neighborhood. We’ve been taking our cars here for everything they need the last few years and John is super straightforward and honest. (I wouldn’t let the 1 star reviews scare you away, I don’t leave 1 star reviews on a burger restaurant that sells their burgers for a higher price than my fav place, I just don’t go to the more expensive burger restaurant. See how that works?) Anyways, I get mechanical stuff is annoying but trust me, you want someone who knows what they’re doing and John is that guy. Super accommodating.

I absolutely wish I can give this place less stars!! I wish I could give this place negative stars. The person That works at this auto shop is by far the rudest and unhelpful person ever. It truly does Make me wonder how this place stays open. Not only was he rude, but he was also arrogant and acted as if I knew absolutely nothing. I can tell you with 100% certainty that you will find a better auto shop within a mile of this location. Even if the customer service was one percent better at another location that would still be miles and miles ahead of his customer service was. Not only that he was drinking while working. When I looked up the hours of operation, it said that this job closes at five and I went into this location at three. If I wanted him to work on my car, he would’ve done so

Always a great experience. both the car & truck love the oil even after 11,000 miles over. If you want something done once & right just come here no bs straight to the point as mechanics should be

We were in LA for 2 days and suddenly the engine warning light started showing up. We called and John was able to accommodate us immediately. He did a thorough inspection, oil change and also gave us some quick tips on how to check the oil levels. Really friendly and honest guy!

Honest and trustworthy mechanic. Definitely coming back for any needs i have. Would recommend 10/10 John is very thorough and really goes the extra mile to save you any unnecessary expenses for repair. If you're having any car troubles take it to this shop
