Running out of gas on a busy highway is never fun, but Vincent Heavy Duty Towing made it easy. I called for fuel delivery, and within 25 minutes they were there with exactly what I needed. The driver was professional and courteous, and the cost was very reasonable. This kind of service really stands out, and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone.

Received a quote over the phone, they arrived right on time, and the car was towed carefully. Couldn’t ask for better service. A true lifesaver in a stressful situation.

100% SCAM! They claim to be a local company, but in fact no “towing company” exists! After waiting stranded on the side of the road for HOURS, I was told that the truck (which I was reassured was ‘en route’ every 30-60 minutes) had broken down, so they would charge me a cancellation fee of “only” $99. I told them I didn’t want to cancel. Was charge $1300 for every towing that never happened.

Called to possibly get pulled out of some snow, and he quoted me over $1,000. When I said never mind, he asked how much I could pay. Umm, another company said it would be $125.00 they were just backed up for 2 hours. I can’t believe you’d try to get the most you can to start with, and then have the audacity to ask what amount I was thinking. I will never use this company. What a joke.
