I had my jeep towed just now. Christian is reliable and professional. And very cool 😎 I highly recommend this place if you need a towing. He tried to jump start my vehicle but it was so bad. We went to the dealership. Again he is very good at what he does.

I brought my car in after dealing with a few shops that either overcharged or couldn’t figure out what was wrong. These guys were absolute professionals from start to finish. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in plain English, and got the repair done faster than I expected. The place is clean, organized, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. Prices are fair, service is honest, and my car runs smoother than ever. They even went the extra mile to check my fluids and tire pressure before handing back the keys small details that show they actually care. If you’re in New York and want real mechanics who treat you like family, this is the shop to trust. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I don’t usually write reviews for businesses unless they’re truly horrible or extremely great. A couple weeks ago my vehicle was in bad shape. Unfortunately, bringing my vehicle to the wrong mechanics cost me big time when it came to my control arm and axel breaking off of my car. I was livid, mentally not in a good space. I shopped around for various different places, to try to put a best foot forward again to get my car fixed. Reluctant again, to have anyone touch my car due to me already being in a bad space mentally and now having to find the money to afford the damages to be repaired to my car. I came across this mechanic shop! I want to start off by saying this is the best mechanic shop I have ever brought my car to, I’m not talking about borough based. I’m talking about state wide!

My brakes sounded like they needed replacing. The manager said it was the Rotors and brakes. He quoted me $380 and I thought it was for front and back. Come to realize it’s 3 &380 for the rear ones alone. The car was already raised up with no wheels. After the job was done, I checked how much the rotors were at auto zone; it was $45 for the brake pads and $100 for rotors. Which means he charged me $235 for labor. They are over charging. I’m heartbroken to be deceived to my face. Always get a various opinions
