It appears this dealer runs a myriad of online only based parts stores, they purposefully mislabel or misrepresent items, refuse to inspect items and thusly send out damaged or even just incorrect parts. I bought a set of brand new wheels for my truck and a tow mirror kit from their subsidiary, allmoparparts(dot)com. Every wheel they sent was blemished and one had a chunk missing. The mirrors were misrepresented on the website, the site claims they are heated and powered, what I got was not heated and only power adjustable, not power folding. They have no phone based support system, you can only live chat on the website or send an email. I did both and expressed how my truck was now stuck on a lift until I can get a good replacement. This is the second car I leased from them and they arw amazing. Excellent service and the best price anyone could give. I dealt with Cheryl and she is awesome. Definitely don't hesitate to use them for your lease.. Unless you want to pay more.. The car was at my house the second day, both times.. Highly recommend..

I used David from VIP. Most easiest experience i ever had with a lease. No BS at the dealer wasting hours of the sale pitch. I got 2 cars. All the DMV and insurance mess he handled for me. He took my trade in and also returned a previous lease that was ending. He delivered 2 cars and took 2 away. I never had to leave my house. Now MOST IMPORTANTLY: the prices were absolutely insane. So much that i was very hesistant to obligate myself because i thought there was a huge catch or that the new cars would be demos or something like that. Three years ago, I leased for the first time. After much research and reading of reviews, I decided on Levittown Ford and a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium AWD, mostly due to the personal involvement of then General Manager, Eric Rivera. My lease came up for renewal this December and I found out that Eric had moved to Garden City Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge Ram. No matter, they are both part of the VIP Auto Group with the same credo: "We Will Satisfy You!" It's not just a slogan, it is a commitment. We looked at the Jeep but decided on the 2019 model of the Ford Edge - we loved our 2015 and we were comfortable with the 2019.
