I just went to the Provo location to ask for a car, very sketchy dealership, they made me go to an office, told me that they will show me a carfax who turned to be an autocheck, no recon report for the car, I asked if they knew something about the engine or the maintenance and the woman told me that there is no open recalls and always shows on the recalls if there is problems (who is a straight lie) I told her that is not like that because I do know about this… she turned extremely rude and after she told me that the car was available, she told me that was in another location and If I want to know more I have to go there… 0 professionalism, the girl had cero knowledge and cero customer service skills (Jess or something like that) they believe that you are a complete idiot and if you dont k

My first time buyer to this dealer,they let me test drive the car,we let them know that the handle open of the door is broke,they promise they can fix it,even the stereo it’s not working,it’s all silent,still the same answer they can fix it and schedule the appointment to fix it.They message me the part of the handle it’s arrived in there shop,took in my car on Monday,received a txt the car it’s done fixing and need to pick it up,when I came to pick it up it’s still the same,they do nothing 🤦‍♀️and it’s makes me really pissed off when I call no one respond and they still keep txting me like how come they treat their customers like that🤦‍♀️I do appreciated their hardworking but please need to be professional how you guys treat your customers

Jess of VIP was so easy to talk to. She helped us from start to finish. From recommending a car, getting the cheapest and best insurance, even to how financing could be done. She did everything for us to be able to afford our car. We had constant communication as well and she followed up on what we need and what we could do. Thanks and hope you guys help more people afford to get their vehicles.
