VIP Tires & Service

TL,DR: Excellent service, highly recommend. I dread oil changes because of the inevitable call midway where someone tries to upsell me services and fear monger me into replacing things. Absolutely none of that happened. The guys at the desk were friendly. They took note of what I wanted, did the services requested, and my car was ready within the estimated time. I will be back for the next one.

Called up in the morning and spoke to Tony. Said he could get me in later that same day. Showed up a bit early but they took me right in. An hour later I was out the door with my snow tires on and the price was as quoted over the phone, which Was a pleasant surprise because I’ve gone to other places over the past year or two and there was always a “surprise”….but not here! Pleasant and friendly service and a clean modern waiting area. Thanks Tony and VIP auto. I’ll definitely be back.

Polite and efficient. Great crew! Had a slow leak and due to past experiences at other repair shops was leary of them telling me I needed a whole new set of tires. But no, they got me in at my appointment time, troubleshoot the problem, and replaced a valve stem, solving the problem! Will definitely use them again!

I had an oil change and inspection done today, and Riley was absolutely amazing. He took the time to show me what everything looked like underneath my car, explained a few things I may want to keep an eye on, and answered all my questions without rushing. His attention to detail, patience, and genuinely friendly attitude made the whole experience so much better than I expected. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile with both skill and kindness, and it was truly appreciated. Thank you, Riley — you made my day, and VIP is lucky to have you!

Rude employees. One man would not even make eye contact nor say your welcome after I spent nearly 4,000 to get my car an inspection sticker. I could go on and on about why you should avoid these crooks and they will break things on your vehicle then tell you you have to pay for it. I do NOT recommend.
