Outstanding service at VIP Tires & Service! Arron and Chris—and the rest of the team—were incredibly kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. We had complete trust and confidence in their recommendations and the quality of their work. We were traveling by car and needed service quickly, and they truly went above and beyond to help us. Excellent service, fantastic staff, very professional! I brought my KIA SOUL to VIP after the oil light flickered and then began to shake violently until it needed to be towed. VIP manager Steve took it in immediately, diagnosed it, then delivered the horrible news of my blown engine with compassion and expertise, explaining the damage and conveying his deepest heartfelt sympathy and empathy that one would need when they thought they were getting an oil change it they find out it is your blown engine and you won’t be leaving in your car. The staff were genuine and went above and beyond to help us through the process of what next… I recommend anyone to VIP Odlin Rd Bangor. VIP went far and beyond my expectations. They helped me with my little girl's car. There is I live in Charlotte North Carolina, but my daughter goes to school up in Maine, and they were. So attentive and worked with me to make sure my little girl's car was safe and my little girl was safe. These guys are absolutely superb. I recommend them to anyone.

I've gone here multiple times because of car troubles. They are super friendly but still professional. They'll explain what they did or how they plan on doing something and have very reasonable prices. I usually stay until my car gets fixed but I've seen people leave their cars and I've heard the employees call the people to tell them that their car is ready. They're professional and nice on the phone. I always call to get appts, but I think you can do it online too. I've been to the other VIP in Bangor and really, both of them are so amazing. They've helped me out a ton and have even fit me in when I came in after having an emergency with my car. Much love to the guys who work there.
