I was able to schedule an appt online very easily, and was seen on time. The price for four new tires plus alignment was very reasonable and they had me completely done and on my way within 90 minutes. Completely satisfied with my service.

I took in my Audi today with no appointment and they were able to get my tire fixed within the hour. I had a tire that kept getting flat and they were able to locate the nail and patch the tire. Thank you to Mark for the great service and transparency. No pressure selling, just solid information and recommendations

I had a flat tire, the repair was fast and efficient. They kept me well informed about the costs and issues with the remaining tieres without pushing more purchases. On check out I also got a 10 percent AAA discount of the quoted price.

I'd been planning to get an alignment done (it had been 2 years) to preserve my winter tires I had just switched on. Travel plans changed, and all of a sudden I needed it done within a few hours. Called VIP, they slotted me right in that morning, and had it done quickly for a reasonable price. Definitely coming back next time I need something done! I also saw the front desk guy helping the couple in front of me in line save as much money as possible on replacing their flat tire. He went above and beyond, and was both friendly and professional (with them and with me).

The shop is clean, the waiting area is nice, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Service is fast and efficient, communication is clear, and they always answer my questions and give great maintenance advice. Pricing is fair too. Highly recommend!
