Virginia Auto Trader Company

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Virginia auto trader and I must say, my experience was fantastic from start to finish. Right when I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They truly made me feel welcomed and they were especially helpful; they took the time to understand my needs and preferences without being pushy. The test drive process was smooth and enjoyable! I was able to take my desired models out for a spin without any rush. They encouraged me to test various features and gave me all the details about performance, fuel efficiency, and safety. The staff will work with you no matter what your situation is.

Abedin was awesome from start to finish. my credit isn’t the best but he worked until he got me approved for the exact car I wanted. highly highly recommende! go see them they are great and have amazing beautiful vehicles!

If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Abby. He provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. I initially visited the dealership to look at a vehicle and returned the following day to complete my purchase. To my surprise, Abby had a birthday cake waiting for me with music playing in the background. I was truly touched that he took the time to acknowledge and celebrate my birthday. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle passed inspection and that everything was handled properly. I am extremely happy with my experience and so glad I chose him as my salesman. Abby is always smiling, professional, and very respectful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Yours truly, One happy customer

Tried to buy a car with the dealer, when I was picking up the car it showed a Check Engine Issue though it was not there before and in test driving. They fraud me to take it back and said they will take care of it. The fact is they don't really care about what they said, and don't care about the issue of the car because that’s intentional. They asked me to pay the repair. If you consider buying a car from this dealer, you really need think about their behavior and what they said seriously, always lying. Be careful of the conditions of vehicle here, don't trust them! If unfortunatly meet a fraud from them, what waste is your own time and effort. Now refund has to work through the court Updates: If hesitate by the reviews here, you could check reviews on Yelp. The reviews there are true and

Recently purchased my first car from this dealer. I was bit nervous but as soon as I walked in I felt the trust and confidence in the salesperson. They provided me with accurate information, helped with vehicle comparison, cost, insurance and finance. I would definitely visit them for my next car. Shoutout to Roshan and Abedin, they were super helpful.
