Vista View Resort

Nice community for 86yo father. Visiting is painful experience as I am disabled and there is no parking allowed overnight on the streets which means I have to walk a considerable distance from my father's house. Even if I park as close as possible 5 houses away I get a no overnight parking notice. So I have to park twice the distance and walk back with a cane for pain in my back and left leg. Even though I have a handicap placard.. I have also noticed many vehicles parked over 72 hours or over night while I received a parking violation notice from the management.

Decided to get out of CA and was fortunate to find Vista View Resort in Sierra Vista, AZ. It is a 55+ gated community with excellent amenities including pool, gym, clubhouse with kitchen, large meeting room, movie room, and an incredible staff. It's very quiet, streets are wide, and neighbors are friendly. We love it here.

Friendly people, very quiet, walking trails, mountain views.. Homes and RV park share pool and all activities.

Staying for the winter for the first time. Wonderful experience is all I can say. Great friendly staff, tons of ammenities and clean restrooms with laundry facilities. Very quiet with quick access to the city of Sierra Vista. RV spaces are large with easy access to hookups and some even have storage sheds included, which came in handy. I'll definitely consider staying here again!

I moved into Vista View Resort in March. The staff is exceptionally helpful and competent. The residents are fun and welcoming, and the planned activities fill my calendar. I highly recommend this community.
