Picked up my car this morning. These folks did a wonderful job they even detailed it! I was thrilled because I spent my summer recovering from a knee replacement and could not do it myself. Great service. I would use them again in a heartbeat

I’ve been dealing with damage caused by a collision with a turkey nearly a year ago and I was hoping that I could rate this business a five star, however, they apparently did not want to do business with me since I have Progressive for insurance. My first contact was with Jim, who advised that they don’t work with Progressive, however, they could still help. “Go to Moody’s and get an estimate and we’ll take a look at it”. Well, I had already received one directly from the insurance company and Jim asked me to send it to him to review. Fast forward to multiple calls and emails to Jim requesting updates…I kept getting the same response, “I haven’t heard back from Progressive”. This went on for at least a couple of months and to the point that Jim stopped responding to my calls and emails.

Excellent customer service at Vive Collision. Great job repairing my car after a rear end collision. I highly recommend Vive Collision should you need autobody repairs.

Vive was fantastic to with with! They always kept me informed on progress and the work they did was top notch.

A 10 day repair became a 36 day repair. No calls to update me. Worst customer service on the planet. Vive is a ripoff.
