VL Performance

I took in a WRX with a bunch of codes (namely p0016, p0011, p0507) after I installed a rebuilt engine (FA20). They were able to correct a timing issue and a few other associated smaller issues. Because I installed a combination of new performance mods with the rebuild I was able to get a tune after breaking the engine in as well. Overall very satisfied with the final outcome, the car runs great now. This type of work is never cheap anywhere but I thought their pricing was reasonable. This shop can get pretty busy, but in my case patience paid off. They get busy for good reason, they are capable of a wide variety of services... would recommend if faced with a similar situation.

Recommended if you wanna turn a 4k job into 11k Got tires and alignment- tires were good but they incorrectly installed my wheels. Alignment was halfassed and pulled to the right. They agreed to fix the mistakes- held my car for more then 3 days and ran it between 4 different shops in town because for some reason this time- they couldn’t perform the alignment themselves. Interesting lmao Bad communication and listening skills around the board- must be busy.

This place is phenomenal! Nick, Cody, Brittany, Tanner! All wonderful people! I took my car and my daughter’s car here for service. Nick was honest and upfront. He told me what needed to be done for both vehicles and gave me a “priority” list so I can get them done without breaking the bank. The people at VL Auto want to take care of your car to extend the longevity of your car and keep it on the road. They care about your car and you as a person. I was in the process of purchasing a used Subaru and needed a shop that was knowledgeable with imports to perform a pre-purchase inspection. When I called, Coty let me know what his true bandwidth in the shop but was and was able to get me in the same day but would be a tight schedule. After dropping off the vehicle later that day, Brittney greeted me and let me know that they had to take in a drop-in customer that had a critical issue as he was traveling which pushed thing back a bit further. When time was running tight for myself, Brittney came over and could tell that I was in a pinch for time and automatically offered a loaner vehicle which I totally was not expecting.
