I had a very tempermental high performance CSX Shelby Cobra with a carburetor that could not be tamed. My car wouldn't idle, was difficult to start, and had a stumbled throttle response. Ken sized up my car and quickly diagnosed the issues, found a vaccum leak through the valve covers, adjusted the timing and installed a more properly sized (CFM) carburetor and made the necessary adjustments. The car is totally transformed, easy to start, shreds the start, idles like a pussy cat. Ken has a knowledge of high performance American muscle in a way very few people on earth can, and I am so grateful for his help, honesty, fairness. I hesitate to share this story only because he already has a waiting list of needy customers and this review likely adds to the wait. But wow is it worth it.

Great automotive service have used in the past and will use in the future very knowledgeable staff. Best thing they work on old cars no problem highly recommend them.

My vehicle was dropped off early morning by another party because I was at work. I called later in the afternoon to get a report on the findings and to purchase any parts as necessary. The owner whom I spoke with informed that the brakes were gone and that a hose line needed to be replaced. I was on my way home so I offered to buy the parts at the dealership down the street because he was rushing me telling me that he cannot keep my vehicle up for long because he has a ton of other customers and I'm taking up space (he have me that appointment). I was in the process of finding another dealer to purchase the parts because the one in town wouldn't be able to have parts until the next morning. I am very critical of every experience I have. I must say he is a very honest mechanic and will be straightforward. He has been working on cars since he was a kid and knows everything. He loves what he does and I believe that makes you better at your job because you take pride and every job you do. Highly recommend would never go anywhere else.

I have been going to the Voight family for over 35 years for my car needs. He knows EVERYTHING and his amusing personality makes the auto repair trip an enjoyable experience. Ken and Ken Jr. really seem to like what they do and as a hobby can be seen burning up the race tracks on a summer weekend. The charges are reasonable because (as an example). instead of just throwing in a new engine or transmission for thousands of dollars they will figure out the root cause of the problem. The result is great "bang for the buck" and allows me to avoid pricey new car payments as my older vehicles last so much longer. As the old saying goes "Why go anywhere else"?
