I had an amazing time looking at the inventory at volcano Harley. Ultimately decided to get a 2024 road glide in billiard Gray. The process went smoothly, all thanks to the help of Terryn Caspell. He kept my wife and I well informed throughout the entire process and checked in on us and our children. He stayed way after closing to ensure I was able to take the bike home that night. I will definitely get another bike from volcano Harley and recommend them to anyone I know. Update: My wife and I went back to Volcano 4 months after our first purchase to look at getting her first bike and we were greeted by Josh and Terryn, Josh showed my wife multiple bikes to see what fit her best. He wanted to make sure she was comfortable on the bike of her choosing, He was great during our visit and know

I had a great experience with the salesman, Nate. It wasn't until I started the purchase that I came into problems. In dealing with Mooyo and evaluating the options of trading in or using the Freedom Promise (same dealership and within a year), it came out that the price of a new Low Rider S went up over $10k. They did this to lure me in and try to get more money out of me. Completely shady deal and super shady person. The price was settled the day before and I came in the next day to do all the paperwork. If I could give a 1/2 star or less I would.

I can’t thank Porkchop enough for the experience he gave me at Harley. He went above and beyond, literally spent his entire shift making sure I got the best deal possible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was right, even helping me get set up with the seat I wanted. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much time and care to make sure you’re happy, and he absolutely delivered. If you’re looking for someone who truly puts the customer first and treats you like family, ask for Porkchop. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Bow even assisted with finding Charging port for free , very knowledgeable and assisting with my purchase. Also made me feel like a king when I got the bike.

Since Izzy Wild has been the Event Coordinator at Volcano Harley Davidson, she has done an outstanding job getting people involved, getting the word out on when events are gonna be, including all the advertisements around the dealer so no matter where you go, you will know if an event is happening and when. They are always fun, enjoyable, and the group there at Harley are just really super people. Can't wait to see what Izzy has in store for the wet and cold months of Fall/Winter.
