Best experience at a dealership. Eddie was personable, efficient, and straightforward with pricing and availability. They Uber’d me home so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. I have already come back to get new tires with Eddie because of his professionalism.

It took a little longer than expected for oil change and tire rotation. Also they brought my truck back up front without running it through the wash as I had requested. Other than that, service was better than received at the other Volkswagen dealership.

Took my car in for an oil change and had great service, especially from Eddie Curiel, a service advisor. He was very knowledgeable and even had a coupon for me to use. I was in and out in no time. Eddie kept me apprised of how things were moving along and set up a follow up appointment for additional service my car needed. Very satisfied!!

Well I hate to complain but…. I had a 10:00 “appointment” for an oil change. I didn’t get out of there till 11:45? Once the tech started working on my car it took him around 30 min to do the work. So my question is- what’s the purpose of an appointment? Generally, one would assume that if you have an appointment, the work would start at the appointment time or soon after not an hour and 15 min. after the appointment time?? If the appointment time is meaningless what’s the point of having one? The service writer and tech were fine but the scheduling, not so much.
