They are just like all of the other dealerships. They promise you the moon and give you maybe moon dust from a moon rock. They give you stall tactics and pad their bottom line after they fix what actually needs fixing anyway. Then they make YOU pay for it to increase their profit. The salesman on a used vehicle tried to “act” like my friend but only carried the company line and their BS. Very sad. Go somewhere else.
Great nice staff. Explain what my car repair needs in detail. Was able to get approved with extended warranty. They are understaffed so communication was a bit delayed but very friendly and work was done really fast considering they part was ordered! Thank you for being so friendly! Their merch shop has the best quality clothes! With nice selection of cleaners and random VW logo items. Definitely check it out!
Overcharged for an oil change for a car that is under warranty
