Volvo Cars Bellevue Service and Auto Parts

My Service Advisor was responsive and gave proactive updates, repair estimates, an accurate completion time, and thoroughly checked my warranty for coverage. Really helped me plan my schedule and get back on the road with confidence!

Kayden is the reason I’m giving a five star review when the situation could have easily caused me to give a one star review. It took several weeks to get my car back for a warranty service that probably should have been few days at best. However, because Kayden was upfront, transparent, and was obviously doing everyone within his power to help at every step, I have give Bellevue Volvo service top marks. Ultimately, I got my car back fully fixed and done so under warranty. He worked with his team and Volvo to make it happen, and all I had to do was wait (and drive a nice loaner vehicle). I couldn’t have asked for a better resolution given the circumstances.

I was able to get an appointment quickly for my 20k maintenance. The service only took ~ 1 1/2 hours so waiting wasn't an issue. The car is under warranty so no charges were incurred.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday, had my car towed to Bellevue Volvo, called them Monday morning and it was done by 10:30a that day! I needed two new tires which they had in stock.Great service on short notice!

Staff was helpful and prompt. Kayden Nystrom communicated timelines and expectations clearly and made sure I was taken care of at all times.
