Volvo Cars Greenville

This was the worst experience I ever had with a Volvo dealership. First impression is that this is no dealership of Volvo rather it is a dealership of trailers! The service is with the Audi dealership and the service team is incompetent to diagnose any issue without being able to plug the car up to a computer. Best part is that they did nothing as their computer wasn't able to to connect with the car and charged me $215 for labour of not being able to do anything? Also, when I called prior to question the costs I was told it was actually $213. The most and best part was the parts department as they knew their stuff and were very helpful.

Volvo of Greenville and our sales associate, Mihai, provided us the absolute BEST buying experience ever!!! Rob and Jason were equally amazing on the management and financing side! Great vehicles and we did not feel pushed in any way. Mihai was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. He made this experience as painless and streamlined as possible. What an outstanding person he is!!! Highly recommend Mihai and GVL Volvo!

Excellent service for my car, my time and myself. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and Matt my service person was professional and caring of all my Volvo needs. I was seen in a timely manner and received only the best care for my car. It was serviced quickly and with only the needed services. I wasn’t pressured to buy additional services which makes for a happy experience. I’ve always received first class service at this establishment and highly recommend it for your Volvo automobile. I will be purchasing my next Volvo here knowing I will be receiving only the best customer service. Thank you for keeping me and my car safe.

They were absolutely wonderful and handled my new car with care. Matt, was very helpful and honest with facts about the vehicle. He was quite thorough and answered all my questions with ease. I highly recommend him and this will be the only place I ever take my xc90! Thank you to the entire team for being awesome. (They also have a large variety of snacks and drinks or chauffeur, if there’s a long wait etc. they are well prepared for their customers!)

I have switched from Volvo dealer in Hendersonville to Steve White Volvo in Greenville. All the folks who work there are so nice and very helpful with regards to my father when it needs repairs or when it needs regular maintenance. I was not thrilled with the old Greenville Volvo Dealer, but the folks at Steve White have shown me that they are definitely friendly and knowledgeable. And they go out of their way to make sure I am treated well. Keep up the good work!
