Place was great. Ken was awesome. Super friendly, outgoing guy. Enjoyed our conversation, and he was very informative. He was very real and didn’t just tell you what you wanted to hear. I brought in my car due to an accident where another driver side swiped me switching lanes. He was empathetic to the situation since the driver did not have insurance and tried every route to save me money. He had my vehicle for 5 days and she came back in perfect condition.

Work on yall customer service, the first impression is when someone calls in. Whoever answered the phone for me legitimately didn't have common sense. Why would I ask for an estimate over the phone when you haven't seen the car or repairs I need. Obviously I wanted to make an appointment to get an estimate. And then he got angry when I respectfully asked him to repeat himself because he was mumbling over the phone. Seems like they actually do good repairs, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

Sometimes you find people who know their craft, and also care about your business. Other times you just feel like another invoice. Ken is one of those rare experts who both cares about your business and gets the job done exceptionally well. I highly recommend this shop.

My family absolutely loves Voorhees Auto! We have gone here forever and will never go anywhere else. Heather at the front desk is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. She welcomes you with open arms and tries to get you in as soon as possible. Many times we have had tricky issues with our vehicles and she's even let us just drop in to have things checked out. Rich and his guys are super friendly and helpful. They always are honest and fair priced. You honestly can not find a better place! Thank you for all you do!

I had my car smashed outside my house the day before christmas eve. I called every body shop in the area with no answer. Most got back to me a week later. Voorhees body shop was the only one who called me back within a reasonable amount of time. Despite the holiday they stayed in touch with me and got my car towed to their shop asap. Out if everyone I had to deal with concerning my accident, no one else but voorhees body shop was professional and timely. I appreciate them following through as well as they did. They definately alleviated my stress rather than adding to it
