Great customer service, family owned, easy to deal with & you’re supporting a small business, instead of giving your money to the big rip off companies who don’t care about you at all! I needed a rental last minute on a Sunday since Enterprise left me sitting outside in the dark in freezing cold weather, after my insurance, pre-booked a rental for me. After going to 6 locations Saturday with no cars for me… I gave up! Seen VVS on my snap, got a reply within minutes & he told me to come on Sunday. Despite being closed… he went out his way to get me a rental car! I even needed a different car a few days later, only due to size, swapped out with no problem!! Best car rental service I’ve ever used! Highly recommend!!

Recently, I was in need of a rental car because my personal car was in the shop longer than expected. I stumbled upon VVS, and decided to go in with a friend of mine. First impression was that the staff was very attentive and the location was very clean. Lloyd was the one that took care of me. From the looks of it, it seems to be a small family business there was only one other worker, but they were able to give me a great deal on a 2018 Chevy Malibu an took care of me quickly and efficiently. The car seemed to be in great condition and surprisingly very clean, definitely cleaner than other bigger chains, I've experienced in the past. Rented a car at VVS on short notice in April 2024 and there was a mixup and no car was available . The gentleman that I worked with went out of his way to get me a car and didn’t charge me for the one day I needed the car to visit a sick friend . He went above and beyond and I am grateful as my friend passed away the next day and I would not have been able to see her if not for him .. I would rec this company and will use them next time I am in the area.

VVS car rental is so much easier to work with when renting a vehicle. I had the opportunity to work with George, and he was efficient, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price! I will definitely do business with VVS for all my car rental needs!

Had an amazing experience. My father's vehicle broke down unexpectedly and George was so accommodating. The Elantra was brand new and super clean. We will never rent from anywhere else. George was professional, and friendly. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation actually very pleasant! Also he drove my father to pick up his car down the street at the shop so that he didn't need to arrange for a ride. I really can't say enough about how wonderful VVS is.
