WA-CO Repair

So when stopped by this shop to have someone look atmy tires to tell if they are still good (the thread), I was told by their mechanic/owner that I am not going to be locking at your tires-simply told that he is not interested in looking! That's the great way to earn your customer, because it was the first and last time I stopped at this place. I have taken my bussiness somewhere else!

Same experience as Ryan A. Called for an appointment and described the issue with my vehicle. He said he was booked out 2 weeks. Told him I was able to wait and would like to schedule an appointment 2 weeks+ out. He replied, “I’m not interested”. I can’t even qualify that as “bad” customer service. It is worse than “bad”. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS.

Can't say enough about our experience. We are only human and we all make mistakes. But when you destroy someone's engine and put the cost on your customers your business is a joke. We brought our vehicle in for repairs and the owner got the timing wrong and slammed the pistons into the top end of the motor compromising the valves and whole engine. He did not offer a loaner car or pay for a rental while he kept our car for over a week fixing the mistake he caused. Our vehicle is not the same anymore. Will be going to bbb update. Had new mechanic do spark plugs and they found the last person to do major work on it also forgot to put the carriage bolts back in. This place has cost me more then I want to admit.

I have taken my vehicles to Wa-Co Repair for several years now and feel that the owner, Charlie, and his team do a good job to get my vehicle done in a timely manner for a fair price. Most recently I had a humming noise coming from the rear passenger side of my vehicle. I called Wednesday and got it in on Friday. It turned out to be a bad wheel bearing that Wa-Co had replaced a year earlier. Charlie replaced it at no charge. He was apologetic that I had to bring it back. I greatly appreciate the honestly and warranty coverage Wa-Co provided. I will continue to use them for my vehicles and recommend them highly.

I can't describe how awesome this place is, was helped quickly and not ripped off like the other places in town. Don't look any further for automotive repairs, they will go the extra mile here. Very friendly and knowledgeable, huge thank you again for the help.
