I needed some new tires today because of the snow, as my stock tires that came on our newer Ford Escape were worthless in slush and snow. The staff at the Waconia location were great, provided me a solution and had 4 tires in stock, so I was able to purchase and have them installed today. Night and day difference for the better. Awesome service, and kudos to all the employees that helped me with this purchase. Because of the great service, I will be returning in the future, as well as letting my friends and family know this is a great place to go for tires and car maintenance needs. I got the Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady2 tires. I would highly recommend these tires if you have all season tires that do not do well in slush and snow. These work great.

This was my first experience at Youngstedts and I was thoroughly impressed. I scheduled an appointment for 4 new tires and spark plugs. There ended up being a mix up with the tires I ordered- no worries. They set me up with their shuttle vehicle to go to work and they ordered the right tires and got everything done by 2pm. Very thankful to all of the staff and will definitely be back in the future. Thanks again!

I went to Youngsteds in Waconia because something was wrong in my left rear brake. Service manager Anderson said they could look at it later in day. I gave them a free brake inspection coupon from Youngsteds and that should have been my first clue as he didn’t seem happy I was redeeming it. That was fine as I wasn’t in a hurry. Left vehicle. They contacted me later in the day to call them. The first thing Jeremiah Anderson said to me was you need to sell your truck! I was dumbstruck because I didn’t bring my truck to Youngsteds for their advice if I should sell it or not. My truck is a 2003 Ford Ranger and I am trying to put life back into it. I said how much would the damages be to do what they thought needed to be done with my brakes. He stammered around for 5 minutes and said in excess

Had a tire fixed and they told my wife she needs a rack and pinion assembly. Later that summer had another tire fixed and they never mentioned the leaking rack and pinion. I called and asked how did it fix itself and the reply was the first technician was better then the second. Please note that I have not needed to add power steering fluid, level is correct. It is not nor was it leaking. Be cautious here.
