Wagner Tire and Auto

Long overdue for leaving a review of Wagner. Have been taking all of my family’s vehicles here for years now. Always transparent, direct, and clear with communications. Inspections/oil changes are insanely fast. Complex issues are resolved well and timely too on top of that. Can’t ask for much more.

I recently started taking my car to Wagner's for regular maintenance and couldn't be more pleased with them. The guys at the front desk are extremely kind and accommodating. I've never felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary services, and they always take the time to answer my questions. I truly appreciate how patiently they explain repairs/parts that my car needs in a courteous manner. I point this out because some car places will just quickly rattle off repairs that are needed, and you feel pressured to just say "yes". I never feel this way at Wagner's. Finally, their waiting area is super clean and comfortable. What else can I say??....Wagner's is terrific!

I was on 85 hundreds of miles from home when suddenly my car started slowing, shuddering, bucking. I was able to limp it off the highway and looked for repair shops. Saw someone had recently left a review saying Brandon really helped them out of a similar jam, so at 10pm I barely got the thing up the hill, left my info and walked to the closest hotel. At 9am, Brandon called me and told me despite some issues, he was able to pinpoint the issue. AN hour later, he called to tell me it was fixed. So within 12 hours I turned a negative into a positive. I got back on the road and was able to get to my destination. The guys here seemed like good guys, honest and know how to run a business. Thanks to Brandon for really making my day.

Wagner's is my "go to" for all of my automotive needs. The fellas up there are always on top of looking out for their customers, and are on top of communication! Never a question unanswered, and I've never been disappointed with any part of servicing there. When I take a vehicle there, I trust them enough to tell them to just fix whatever it needs. That speaks volumes! Both of my personal vehicles go there.

My husband and I broke down in the middle of the road right in front of this shop, and Brandon came to the rescue! Super kind and we are so appreciative! Best spot in town!
