This place has been around for 43 years so don’t expect posh interior but indeed most excellent service. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Reservations easy. Place easy to find. If you need rv parts or service it’s your place too. I just needed a 6x12 trailer with ramp to move some fitness equipment into my training studio called Energy Fitness in Travelers Rest/Greenville area. Pick up and top off were easy and any poor damage to trailer were noted with stickers prior to original departure. Thanks, Wag’s RV and Rentals.

Great group of guys here. There was some issues U-Haul side but they managed to help me get it all sorted and very helpful. Highly recommend Wags if you need a U-Haul.

I was in a jam needing a 50 to 30 amp adapter. They had tons of camping supplies to offer! Good people!

WARNING! Though we really believe these are talented and well meaning folks, based on reviews that reflect periodic similar communication issues over the years, they need to work in communication follow thru and consistency. After 1st service which went well, next service said they"d wanted to do a followup fix from 1st service that they noticed, we didnt notice, for free. When we picked up vehicle, they hit us with a large bill for the "free fix." We were shocked. They ever called us! They said "they assumed we would want perfect." Never apologized. Didn't take responsibility for the making a decision they had no right to make, in any way. We won't be back. Very sad!

The regulator on my propane tank went out. Mr. Wags fit me in as I told him we live in our RV and didn't have hot water. He changed out the regulator and then went on to find a big hole in the main gas line. Although he didn't have that specific part, we will order it and take it back to him for replacement. Super nice man and his helper Chris as well. Very clean shop. We will most definitely go back in confidence that he knows what he is doing. I recommend taking your RV for anything you may need fixed.
