Great experience. Helped me every step of the way. Asked for bike to be delivered at a certain time, and they were there right on time. My salesman, Richard, was great. Didn’t push me into buying something I didn’t want and let me make my own choice. Once choice was made he kept the ball rolling very quickly, and helped me look into options for financing to best fit my budget. Awesome bike, and at a great price!

If there were a zero star rating, thats what I would give them. Had a bike that someone tried to steal, busted the ignition switch. Brought it to First Turn, where they charged $700 to change the KILL SWITCH (not the same as ignition switch) that they never installed. They just left it dangling by the wire. Bike still didn't run. They told me it would need a fuel pump and ignition switch and would cost $1600 to fix. I had to pick up the bike on a trailer after paying them $700 for a kill switch that it didnt need. I took the bike home, did some research and found the security system had immobilized the bike. The fuel pump was fine, the kill switch that they charged me $700 was NOT bad, and I was able to replace the ignition switch with one from Amazon for $30. (First turn wanted $200 for o

The general manager, Brad is extremely arrogant. I offered to negotiate after he sent me a price and I asked if they could go down $300 OTD. His response was to send me the exact copy and pasted message from before. Then told me to just shop somewhere else. I only came here because someone recommended them, guess my friend had a different experience or didnt deal with this jerk. He immediately blocked me after.
